Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Vital signs are stable and oxygen intake can be stopped to complete sleep monitoring. 2. The diagnosis of interstitial lung disease was clear, and the expert group evaluated and decided to give glucocorticoid therapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hypoxia, unable to stop oxygen intake to complete sleep monitoring. 2. Advanced stage of severe physical disease with limited survival. 3. Significant psycho-neurological abnormalities and difficulty in follow-up. 4. OSA has been diagnosed in the past and is currently receiving CPAP therapy. 5. Patients with atrial fibrillation and pacemaker implantation were excluded. 6. Patients had previously taken hormone therapy. 7. History of tumor.
