18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unilateral hip fracture for the first time; 2. ASA classification I-III; 3. Age: 18-90; 4. BMI:18 - 25kg/m 2 5. No contraindication of nerve block;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refused; 2. The patient is allergic or intolerant to any drug used in the study; 3. Neurological or anatomical defects or muscle weakness in the lower limb of the patient or other conditions that are not suitable for regional block; 4. Known or suspected coagulation abnormality; 5. Diabetes; 6. BMI 25kg/m 2; 7. Age= IV; 9. Patients with cognitive impairment or serious mental illness with difficulty in pain assessment; 10. The patient participated in other clinical medical researchers in the same period; 11. Pregnant and lactating women; 12. Related factors of patients to iohexol
