bipedal walking:Maintain a standing posture for 10 minutes ? rest for 20 minutes ? stand and walk for 10 minutes ? rest for 20 minutes
quadrupedal walking:Maintain a crawling posture for 10 minutes ? rest for 20 minutes ? crawl for 10 minutes ? rest for 20 minutes

18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults age 18-40 y. 2. Body mass index in the range of 18.5 – 25.0 kg/m2. 3. Stable weight (change <± 3%) for 3 months prior to the study. 4. Healthy lifestyle with regular eating, sleep and exercise pattern. 5. No caffeine or alcohol intake habit. 6. No use of tobacco. 7. No dietary restrictions. 8. Able to sign consent independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Shift work or jet lag within a month and during the experiment. 2. Taken high intensity physical exercise in the past month. 3. Any drugs which may affect energy metabolism were applied in the last 3 months. 4. Subject doesnt have the ability to conduct normal daily exercise and existence dyskinesia. 5. Diseases with abnormal clinical manifestations that need to be excluded, including but not limited to nervous system, cardiovascular system, blood and lymphatic system, respiratory system, digestive system, urinary system, immune system, kidney, liver or metabolic disorders, or mental system diseases. 6. Having a history of surgery. 7. Pregnant or breast-feeding.
