Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 100 patients undergoing radical mastectomy for breast cancer in Shantou Central Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected, which were in line with the American Society of Anesthesiology ( ASA ) grade I – III ; those aged over 18 years and under 65 years ; pittsburgh sleep quality index ( PSQI ) > 7 points ; patients are conscious, clear, can cooperate with the operation, understand the survey content ; voluntary participation in research and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anesthesia drug allergy ; patients with long-term history of analgesic, sedative drug treatment and drug use ; patients with mental illness history or non-cooperation ; cardiac insufficiency ; cardiac block ; respiratory failure, renal failure ; patients with active liver disease ; patients with severe visual or hearing impairment ; illiteracy and patients who cannot communicate with doctors in language ; pregnant women, disabled persons.
