Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Cam morphology (a angle>55°) and (2)injury tear of the labrum on magnetic resonance imaging (3)the treating surgeon believed that they were likely to benefit from hip arthroscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)With a history of hip surgery (2)combined with other hip joint diseases
