Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >= 18 years old; (2) According to the Guidance on Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Wounds, the disease is diagnosed as diabetes ulcer, arterial ulcer, venous ulcer, pressure injury ulcer or traumatic wound ulcer; (3) Resident resident of Wuxi City; (4) No communication barriers, able to respond correctly, and able to fill out questionnaires independently or with the help of researchers; (5) No mental or cognitive impairment; (6) Primary school or above education level, normal reading and understanding ability; (7) Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who cannot correctly understand and express themselves; (2) Patients with mental illness or cognitive impairment; (3) Patients who voluntarily withdraw, seriously deteriorate, or die.
