Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >= 18 years Undergoing Pain-Free Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with ASA classification level 4 or above, Patients with BMI >= 35 kg/m2, Patients with a history of acute coronary syndrome within the past 6 months, Patients with pre-existing bradycardia, arrhythmia, atrioventricular block, or use of a pacemaker, Patients taking medication that affects heart rate recently, Patients with sleep apnea syndrome, Patients with allergies to propofol, eggs, soy, or albumin, Pregnant or lactating women.
