Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The first spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage; (2) The hematoma was mainly located in the basal ganglia region; (3) Age >=18 years old; (4) microscope-assisted surgery or neuroendoscopic surgery;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) hemorrhage of specific causes (aneurysm, cerebrovascular malformation, tumor, trauma); (2) The onset time is not clear; (3) Platelet count 1.4); (5) The hematoma had broken into the ventricle with ventricle casting or hydrocephalus; (6) Hematoma burst into the brain stem; (7) Dilated pupils on one or both sides, and GCS score =3 points before bleeding; (11) combined pregnancy; (12) Complicated with malignant tumor; (13) open eye surgery; (14) decompressive craniectomy; (15) Hematoma puncture surgery (stereotactic, hard channel, soft channel); (16) bilateral cerebral hemorrhage; (17) Increased consciousness to shallow coma before surgery (if the patient's consciousness is shallow coma at admission, it can not be ruled out);
