Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for this study were 60 years or older, capable to complete interview and cognitive tests, and able to meet diagnostic criteria of MCI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Education level below Grade 4 in primary school (test software requirements); 2. Age > 90 years old (test software requirement); 3, Allergic constitution, suffering from digestive tract diseases can not cooperate to complete the intervention; 4. Recently taken vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folic acid, DHA, selenium and other nutrients as well as health products containing blueberry extract, ginkgo leaf extract, grape extract, tea polyphenols, soy isoflavones and other ingredients; 5. Taking dementia drugs in the near future; 6, Suffer from organic diseases of the nervous system.
