Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. COPD patients diagnosed by pulmonary function test (FEV1/FVC< 0.70). 2. With thin-layer chest CT (slice thickness <=2mm). 3. The interval between chest CT and pulmonary function test should be within 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; A history of thoracic surgery; Patients with severe primary diseases of cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic systems and mental disorders. 2. Chest CT images showed large pneumonia, massive pleural effusion, atelectasis, lung consolidation, pulmonary postoperative, spinal internal fixation, pulmonary nodules or masses over 1cm, and pulmonary diffuse lesions 3. Severe respiratory artifacts
