Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to the 2021 Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes, all enrolled patients must meet the following diagnostic criteria: Typical diabetic symptoms (polydipsia, polyuria, polyphagia, unexplained weight loss) + fasting blood glucose =7.0mmol/L, or blood glucose =11.1mmol/L 2 hours after a meal, or random blood glucose =11.1mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Alcoholic patients and 2) Pregnant and lactating women 3) Patients taking sleep AIDS 4) Patients with sleep apnea 5)Patients with mental disabilities 6) patients with severe organ failure such as heart failure 7) patients with physical pain diseases such as diabetic painful neuropathy 8) Patients with severe hypertension (BP > 180/110mm Hg) 9) patients with acute episodes of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
