Group A:LMA Ambu will be used for mechanical ventilation during operation
Group S:LMA SLIPA will be used for mechanical ventilation during operation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Select children aged 1 month to 7 years in our hospital, who are graded I to II by the American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) and who are scheduled to undergo superficial or peripheral limb surgery under general anesthesia within 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent upper respiratory tract infection, respiratory disease, history of cervical spondylosis or cervical surgery, high risk of reflux aspiration, inadequate fasting time, difficult airway or body mass index >30 kg/m2. Children undergoing emergency surgery were also excluded.
