60 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Those aged 60 and above; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of MCI; 3. Do not suffer from any physical or neuropsychiatric disorders that can cause brain function disorders; 4. The audio-visual speaking function can cooperate with the cognitive function test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Education level below Grade four in primary school; 2. Age > 90 years old; 3. Allergic constitution, suffering from digestive tract diseases can not cooperate to complete the intervention; 4. Have taken health care products or drugs containing ingredients that can affect cognitive function, oxidative stress level and inflammatory response level in the last 3 months; 5. History of stroke or severe chronic noncommunicable diseases; 6. Suffer from psychosomatic diseases or organic diseases of the nervous system.
