Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age >= 35 years old 2) Pre-eclampsia group: women with ASA II to III, diagnosed as pre-eclampsia by obstetrician 3) Normal group: age-matched normal puerpera

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Multiple pregnancy 2) Pre-pregnancy diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease 3) Intestinal diseases: enteritis, Crohn's disease, etc 4) Combined with systemic lupus erythematosus and other immune system diseases, and the need for long-term glucocorticoid therapy 5) Complications of pregnancy: epilepsy, heart disorders, hematological diseases, infectious diseases, viral hepatitis, intrahepatic cholestasis syndrome of pregnancy 6) Antibiotics were used within 1 month of fecal collection 7) Depression, anxiety and other mental diseasesc
