Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The vital signs were stable within 28 days after birth. 2. The birth weight or body length of the observation group was below the 10th percentile of weight or body length of the same gestational age and sex; The birth weight and body length of the control group were in the 10th-90th percentile of body weight and body length of the same gestational age and sex. 3. Venous blood collection is required for hospitalization; 4. Obtain the consent of the legal guardian.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Birth time greater than 28 days; 2. Neonatal hemoglobin lower than 145g/L, fasting, ventilator assisted ventilation, asphyxia, convulsion, anemia, hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia, abnormal infection indicators, abnormal thyroid function, developmental malformation; 3. The mother suffered from diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, severe eclampsia, congenital heart disease, fever, tumor, blood system diseases, rheumatic immune diseases, genetic metabolic diseases, depression and other mental diseases before delivery; 4. The legal guardian refused to enter the study.
