Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) All patients meet the indications for elective laparoscopic common bile duct exploration, and there are no surgical contraindications 2) Choledocholithiasis diagnosed by ultrasound, CT or MRI, with or without gallbladder stones 3) Common bile duct diameter > 0.8cm 4) The general condition of the patient is good, the anesthesia ASA grade I-II, can tolerate the operation 5) Aged 18-65 years old, with no more than 3 previous abdominal surgery history 6) No previous history of recurrent cholangitis, normal function of Oddi's sphincter 7) The patients and their family members have given informed consent to this study, are mentally normal, have good compliance, and can cooperate to complete the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Preoperative examination combined with intrahepatic bile duct stones or stricture of intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile ducts 2) Combined with acute necrotizing pancreatitis or acute suppurative obstructive cholangitis 3) Combined with severe cardiopulmonary disease, unable to undergo surgery 4) Previously performed biliary-jejunostomy, biliary stent implantation or duodenoscope stone removal or EST 5) Combined with choledochal cyst or other biliary malformations 6) History of biliary system or other tumors 7) Patients with blood system or immune system diseases and severe coagulation disorders 8) Patients with contraindications to laparoscopic surgery
