65 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>65, elective non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia, gender unlimited 2. ASA level 2-3 3. The estimated length of stay is more than 3 days 4. Patients and family members agree to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of serious nervous system disease 2. Unable to communicate with patients 3. Patients with a history of alcoholism and drug dependence 4. Patients with severe infection after operation 5. Preoperative delirium patients 6. Patients with preoperative Mini-mental State Examination illiteracy <= 17 points, primary school level <= 20 points, secondary school or above level <= 24 points
