Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 120 volunteers were recruited from the Health examination Center of the People's Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Inclusion criteria: Age 18 ~ 65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with any of the following conditions were excluded from the study: (1) Patients with chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis, chronic pancreatitis and renal insufficiency; (2) Patients with malignant tumors or hematological tumors; (3) pregnant and lactating women; (4) alcoholic or psychotic patients; (5) Patients with contraindications in MRI examination (pacemakers, artificial heart valves, other types of internal magnetic devices, metal implants, etc., claustrophobia).
