Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1. All patients were long bone closed fracture, the fracture line was still clear in X-ray examination 4-6 months after the fracture, and there was no sign of healing, fracture gap <5mm, no abnormality in hemagglutination examination, local soft tissue condition was good, no infection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria 1. Open fracture; 2. Pathological fracture; 3. Aged patients > 60 years old;4. Patients with peripheral vascular diseases and metabolic or endocrine disorders that may affect articular cartilage, such as rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, etc.
