Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Mother was 20-40 years old when pregnant 2) The offspring completed a follow-up visit at our hospital at the age of 3-6 years or their parents took part in an online questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Using egg donor or sperm donor. 2) offspring with birth defects. 3) using PGD or PGS. 4) missing important information 5) fail in questionnaire quality control 6) Other reasons unsuitable for clinical research deemed by investigators.
