Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent of the legal guardian; 2. Premature infants, gestational age (GA) < 37 weeks; 3. Intestinal flora within 1 week after birth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Time to survive for all causes< 3 years; 2. social factors abandon treatment; 3. Children with a predisposition to the disease at the age of 3 years who cannot be clearly excluded or diagnosed with language development disorder or autism spectrum disorder; 4. Brain injury other than intraventricular hemorrhage diagnosed in the neonatal period; 5. Other neurological disorders during follow-up; 6. Inflammatory bowel disease, chronic diarrhoea, immune-related disease, and diabetes were confirmed during follow-up.
