Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Signed informed consent; General surgery; gastrointestinal surgery; Life expectancy is at least 3 months; The same drugs were not taken before enrollment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cholecystectomy; Prior history of cholecystolithiasis; Poor compliance and lack of data; Having other serious complications or adverse drug reactions after surgery.
