Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Osteoarthritis Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2018 edition) : (1) Recurring knee pain within a month (2) Radiographs (standing or weight-bearing position) showing joint space narrowing, subchondral osteosclerosis and/or cystic changes, and joint margin osteophytes (3) Aged >=50 years (4) Morning stiffness <=30 minutes (5) Bone frictional sound (sensation) Meet the diagnostic criteria (1) + ((2), (3), (4), (5) of any of the 2) in the diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis. 2. Aged 40-75 years 3. 0 < VAS score <=7 4. Kellgren/Lawrence (K/L) grade of X-ray film of knee joint was I-III, and the ADL score was above 60.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable or unwilling to cooperate with following-up due to objective conditions; 2. Unable to cooperate with intervention and follow-up due to cognitive decline or impairment (Montreal cognitive assessment MoCA < 18); 3. Unable to cooperate with intervention and follow up due to mental and psychological abnormalities; 4. Patients with organic diseases of cardiovascular system and respiratory system, such as coronary heart disease, COPD, emphysema, pulmonary heart disease, etc.; 5. With neurological diseases, such as cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, Parkinson's disease, balance dysfunction (orthostatic balance <= level 2), etc.; 6. After hip, knee and ankle joint replacement or fracture; 7. Abnormal or malformed ankle joint, such as pronation, pronation, high arch, flat foot, heel eversion, etc.; 8. Acute phase of knee osteoarthritis; 9. Patients who have been injected with sodium hyaluronate or steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the last 3 months.
