18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =18 years old and =80 years old; 2. Patients undergoing elective mitral valve operation; 3. Participate voluntarily and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systolic blood pressure 8%; 5. Patients with liver and kidney failure; 6. Patients with a history of mitral valve replacement; 7. There are significant other abnormal signs in laboratory tests and clinical disease studies and the physician determines that it is not appropriate to participate in the investigator.
