Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Patients who volunteer for painless gastrointestinal endoscope; (2)ASA Stage I-II; (3)Aged 18-65 years; (4)18=BMI<30kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Refuse to sign the informed consent; (2)Patients with contraindications for painless gastrointestinal endoscope; (3)Patients with a history of allergy to narcotic drugs, soy and egg; (4)Illiterate, language, hearing impairment; (5)Patients with mental dysfunction and central nervous system disease; (6)Patients who received general anesthesia or superficial intravenous anesthesia within the last 3 months; (7)Patients who have taken sedative hypnotics, antianxiety drugs, and antidepressants within the last 3 months; (8)Patients who have participated in other clinical trials as subjects within the last 3 months; (9)Patients that the researchers believe cannot be included for any reason.
