Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients included in this study must simultaneously meet the following criteria: 1) Obstructive jaundice as the main initial symptom; 2) Imaging (CT and MRI) is difficult to distinguish from malignant biliary obstruction through expert interpretation; 3) Confirmed pathological diagnosis in our center via at least one methods (postoperative pathology or endoscopic ERCP biopsy); 4) Between the ages of 18 and 80.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients were excluded if any of the following criteria were met: 1) Patients with malignant biliary obstruction and distant metastasis confirmed by radiological methods; 2) Patients with biliary obstruction confirmed pathologically as non-biliary origin; 3) Patients younger than 18 years or older than 80 years.
