Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 30 years old and above; 2) Permanent residents (living in the village longer than 6 months).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant women; 2) Unable to give informed consent or unwilling to participate due to physical reasons; 3) Unable to communicate normally and unable to complete the questionnaire; 4) The collection of blood and urine cannot be completed due to physical reasons.
