Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A. Age = 65 years old, = 80 years old, gender unlimited; B. The operation method is lumbar fusion and internal fixation; C. ASA classification II-III; D. Obtain the informed consent of the patient and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A. Those with mental or consciousness disorders before operation; B. Patients taking sedative drugs for a long time; C. Overweight or obese people (body mass index = 28); D. Those who have contraindications to the use of narcotic drugs related to this study; E. Patients with severe liver and kidney function damage before operation.
