18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Adult patients ( age from 18 to 59 years ) scheduled for painless gastroscopy, regardless of gender. 2)Subjects clearly understand and voluntarily participate in this study,and then sign informed consent form. 3)ASA grade I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)ASA grade III or myocardial infarction within 6 month 2)Irregular medication or uncontrolled high blood pressure 3)Chronic lung disease or recent history of pneumonia. 4)Decompensation of the liver or kidney. 5)Neuropsychiatric disorders; Epilepsy; A long history of psychoactive drug use. 6)Predictable difficult airway. 7)lactating women. 8)Allergies to eggs, seafood, soy or the drug in experiment.
