Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Female patients aged 18-40 years; ? The patient's total score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI)= 7; ? Meet the diagnostic standards of insomnia due to liver-qi stagnation in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine; ? Have a certain level of education and be able to complete relevant questionnaires independently; ? Sign the informed consent form and volunteerly to participate in this trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Secondary insomnia caused by external environment, diet, disease, drugs and other factors; ? With a history of depression, the total score of the 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17) is =17 ? With the medical history including: 1) Severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, lung, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system; 2) Mental disorders; 3) Cancer; 4) Systemic diseases: pain, cough, fever, surgery, etc.; ? Taking antipsychotics, antidepressants or other drugs that may affect the central nervous system in the past 1 month; ? Pregnant or lactating women; ? Skin inflammations or ulcers around the selected acupoints; ? Have received acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in the past six months; ? Participated in other clinical trials within the past 1 month.
