18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age of 18-80 years old, first surgery; (2) papillary thyroid carcinoma confirmed by pathological diagnosis; (3) The paraffin specimens were complete and the collection purity reached the standard; (4) Patients voluntarily participated in the study after informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) previous history of neck radiation or secondary thyroid surgery; (2) The total amount of protein, extraction method and storage conditions did not meet the requirements of the samples; (3) The pathological type was non-thyroid papillary carcinoma such as nodular goiter, follicular carcinoma or medullary carcinoma; (4) incomplete case data could not be traced; (5) The patient refused to participate in the study.
