60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >= 60y. 2 Scheduled to undergo elective abdominal surgery and general anesthesia, 3 no history of mental illness and no language disorder, 4 patients who had normal preoperative cognitive function assessment (MOCA =26)and PSQI=5 , 5 the duration of surgery was > 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 complicated with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases; 2 Combined with Central nervous system disease and mental neurological disorder; 3 Combined with acid-base balance disorder and internal environment disorder, 4 History of drug dependence.
