Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of psoriasis vulgaris 2. Age 18-50 years old, regardless of gender 3. Moderate disease acceptance or below: score = 30 on the Acceptance of Illness Disease Scale 4. Commitment to actively cooperate in completing the relevant courses, exercises and tests.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. skin lesions combined with bacterial infection, fungal infection, or combined with other skin diseases. 2. Those who have not received psychotherapy and psychological-related medication within three months, have no clearly diagnosed psychiatric disease or severe onset psychiatric disease with PHQ-9>14 or GAD-7>13 scores. 3. Combination of serious diseases of heart, lung, brain, liver, kidney, gastrointestinal tract and hematopoietic system. 4. Patients with a history of alcohol and drug abuse or dependence. 5. Those who are unable to cooperate in completing courses, exercises and tests, and those with smartphone manipulation disorders. 6. Those who have difficulty in communication, language expression or comprehension.
