Age
25 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The number of follicles in bilateral ovaries was less than 6; AMH 15U/L; (2) The number of eggs obtained =5; (3) Not pregnant after one more time IVF-ET.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a history of sexually transmitted diseases, genetic diseases, uterine malformations, and endometriosis cysts; (2) male oligospermia or anspermia; (3) Allergic to rapamycin and its derivatives; (4) serious other systemic diseases.
