18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male, healthy, aged 18-30 years ; 2.Low level of physical activity ; 3.In the past year, he did not participate in regular physical exercise programs, and did not intend to participate in regular physical exercise after being selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diabetes, cardiovascular system and other diseases ; 2.Lower limb skeletal muscle system diseases or cardiovascular system diseases ; 3.taking drugs that may affect skeletal muscle and vascular health ; 4.Life irregular, smoking, drinking, etc. ; 5.For various objective reasons may not be able to complete the intervention and testing.
