Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with chronic insomnia should meet the diagnostic criteria for insomnia in the fifth edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V); ? Patient age = 18 years and = 85 years; ? The 24 item Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-24) score = 35 points, and the Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score = 69 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Combined with severe and uncontrolled physical diseases; ? Recent neurological injury diseases such as cerebral infarction and head injury; ? Endocrine (such as hyperthyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, diabetes) and immune system related diseases; ? Patients with severe alcohol dependence; ? Those with poor compliance who cannot receive treatment as required; ? Those who are receiving antibiotic, corticosteroid, or hormone treatment; ? Have an infection or inflammatory disease within the past 2 weeks; ? Pregnant or lactating women; ? Frequent shift or night shift workers; ? People with difficulty in understanding or reading, motor impairment, or inability to cooperate in completing the experiment.
