Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 60 years old;2.Pre-assessment by anesthesia assessment Clinic.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 2.History of allergy to sedatives or narcotic drugs;3.Diseases that are easy to cause asphyxia, such as gastric retention and acute outflow of the upper digestive tract;4.Suffer from mental illness and other non-collaborators;5.Patients with hemodynamic instability before check;6.Those who refuse to participate the research.
