Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria of essential hypertension in the Chinese Guidelines for Hypertension Prevention and Treatment (2018); And the blood pressure value of the patient before taking antihypertensive drugs does not exceed the level 2 hypertension value, namely systolic blood pressure (SBP) : 140-179mmHg, diastolic blood pressure (DBP) : 90-109mmHg; ? Combined frailty (Chinese version of Tilburg frailty Index was used to evaluate, 5 or above was frailty); ? Age =60 years old; ? Resident time in Haikou =8 months; ? Normal understanding ability, expression and communication ability is normal; ? Informed consent to this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with serious complications such as heart, brain, kidney, eye, foot and neuropathy; ? Patients with severe lumbar disc herniation, fracture, hemiplegia and other lesions that affect limb function or exercise contraindications are not suitable for exercise intervention; ? Mental abnormality or delirium, mild above cognitive impairment; ? Alcohol or drug addicts; ? Terminal disease, life expectancy <6 months; ? Join other sports researchers.
