Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years old 2. Female 3. Meet the indications for bariatric surgery in the Chinese Guidelines for the Surgical Treatment of Obesity and Type 2 Diabetes (2019 Edition) and intend to undergo bariatric surgery treatment 4. Reside in Shanghai 5. Agree to undergo a 1-week normal diet washout and be randomized to different diet intervention groups 6. Understand and are willing to sign the informed consent form and cooperate with the follow-up dietary intervention, surgery and follow-up arrangements

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to surgery exist 2. History of taking the following medications within the past month: acid suppressants, antibiotics, glucose-lowering drugs, statin lipid-lowering drugs 3. History of binge eating, very low calorie diet or restricted diet, or jet lag within the past 1 month 4. History of chronic alcohol consumption or history of alcohol consumption within the past 1 month 5. Significant change in bowel habits and characteristics within the past month 6. Previous chronic bowel disease or acute bowel disease episode within the past month 7. Any hepatobiliary or pancreatic disease other than NAFLD/NASH 8. Previous history of gastrointestinal surgery 9. Concurrent presence of other serious diseases affecting the evaluation of this study and unable to cooperate 10. Inability to understand the procedures and methods of this clinical study, refusal to participate and refusal to sign the informed consent form
