Age
65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age greater than 65 years; (2) Can cooperate with experiments and related evaluation of patients; (3) Persons receiving intraspinal anesthesia; (4) ASA = Level II (5) Volunteer to participate in clinical trials and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with craniocerebral injury; (2) Patients with severe drug dependence; (3) Patients with mental and psychological disorders; (4) Patients with cognitive impairment; (5) Unable to cooperate with relevant experiments and test patients (6) Missing cerebrospinal fluid and blood samples; (7) Preoperative anesthesia medication; (8) Patients undergoing intraoperative anesthesia changes (9) Participated in other clinical trials within 3 months prior to inclusion in the study.
