18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Male or female, aged 18-70 years; ?The course of type 2 diabetes is less than 3 years ? BMI=24kg/m2; ? Only metformin should be used for hypoglycemic drugs in the last month; ? No supplemented with n-3 fatty acids, such as fish oil;? No antibiotics have been used in the last 3 months;? No lipidemic drugs have been used in the past 3 months; ? No weight loss treatment in the past 3 months;? Have not participated in other related test projects in recent 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Type 1 diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes mellitus and other special types of diabetes mellitus; ? Poor blood glucose control, HbA1c>8.5% within 3 months; ? Alcohol abuse or illicit drug use; ? Other diseases affecting glycolipid metabolism: hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, etc. ? have severe diseases of vital organs;? Unable to take care of themselves, unable to recall clearly, answer questions, any mental disease patients; ? pregnant or plan to become pregnant in the near future; ? unable to sign the informed consent;
