Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria of stroke in the Chinese Classification of Cerebrovascular Diseases in 2019 and VCIND in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Vascular Cognitive Impairment in 2016, the patient developed the disease for the first time and was confirmed by head MRI or CT; (2) Age 40-80 years old; (3) Stable vital signs, clear consciousness, disease course within 6 months; (4) MMSE>21, primary school education or above, speech communication barrier-free; (5) Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (Beijing version) score =26; (6) Able to perform motor imagination tasks in coordination with the experimental process (KVIQ score >25); (7) No serious diseases of liver and kidney function or other diseases that may affect brain structure and function, no other mental disorders; (8) All patients signed informed consent for treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) severe aphasia, schizophrenia, depression, or other neurodegenerative dementia; (2) Diagnosed with vascular dementia (NINDS-AIREN criteria); (3) The modified Hachinski Ischemia Scale score (HIS) was more than 4 points; (4) The fitting of EEG cap was affected by skull defect or postoperative incision; (5) Poor skin condition, which may be aggravated by tramping or EEG cap contact; (6) Patients with complications that limit their mobility, such as deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities, serious cardiopulmonary diseases, unstable hypertension, etc.; (7) severe joint deformity or limited range of motion of lower limbs; (8) Patients with other severe heart, liver and renal insufficiency, malignant tumor and other factors affecting cognitive assessment.
