Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Referring to the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart failure and the 2021 European Society of Cardiology (ESC) Guidelines and diagnostic criteria for the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic heart failure, the Inclusion criteria are as follows: 1, Patients aged 50-90 years old with symptoms and signs of heart failure (dyspnea, cyanosis, coughing pink foam, pulmonary rale, cardiac enlargement, rapid heart rate, galloping rhythm), 2, N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) >900 ng/L. 3, Echocardiography shows decreased left ventricular systolic function [left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)140mmHg, or diastolic blood pressure >100mmHg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1, Severe liver function injury (Child-Pugh grade C) or kidney function injury (blood purification treatment required); 2, Mechanical obstructive heart disease that significantly affects ventricular filling and/or ejection function; 3, Malignant arrhythmia; 4, Other causes such as pneumothorax, pulmonary embolism, severe pneumonia, massive pericardial effusion that cause symptoms similar to heart failure.
