Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute pulmonary infection in (1) above; Patients or their families knew the content of the study and signed informed consent form voluntarily. (For the judgment criteria of acute pulmonary infection, reference was made to the 2016 edition of China Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Adult Community-acquired Pneumonia: new or progressive pulmonary infiltrative lesion (onset time 10×109/L or < 4×109/L with or without left shift of nucleus; Recent cough, expectoration, or exacerbation of preexisting respiratory symptoms with purulent sputum with or without chest pain. 1)+2) ~ 5) above, except for pulmonary tuberculosis, pulmonary tumor, non-infectious pulmonary interstitial disease, pulmonary edema, atelectasis, pulmonary embolism, pulmonary eosinophilic infiltration, pulmonary vasculitis, etc. )
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Suffering from serious basic diseases, and the life expectancy is less than 1 year; Immunosuppressed patients, including the following: primary immunodeficiency; Active malignant tumors or malignant tumors within 1 year, excluding local skin cancer or patients with early stage cancer (such as stage I lung cancer); Tumor chemotherapy; CD4+ T cells of HIV infected patients 600mg; Receiving biological preparations, anti-rheumatic drugs for improving diseases or other immunosuppressive drugs); Long-term bedridden patients.
