Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) In accordance with AMI diagnostic criteria of the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute ST-segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction formulated by the Cardiovascular Society of the Chinese Medical Association in 2019; (2) The age ranges from 20 to 59 years; (3) Before the onset of AMI, there was paid or self-employed work, which could be full-time or part-time; (4) Good communication and reading comprehension skills; (5) Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) contains malignant tumors or other serious organic diseases; (2) Unable to participate in the follow-up after discharge.
