Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients who were prepared for left atrial appendage occlusion and underwent routine preoperative esophageal ultrasound

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diseases of the pharynx or esophagus; 2. Serious cardiovascular diseases: acute coronary syndrome, severe hypertension, hypotension, or shock; 3. Other systemic diseases: severe chest pain, abdominal pain, cough, asthma, and uncontrolled symptoms; Severe infections, infectious diseases, blood coagulation dysfunction, and extreme physical weakness; 4. Allergies to local anesthetic drugs; 5. For patients with mental disorders or excessive stress who cannot cooperate with the examination.
