18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age = 18 years old; ? Stay in ICU = 24 hours; ? Patients transferred from ICU to other departments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? having physical disability before entering ICU and cannot take care of himself; ? Having cognitive, listening or language expression barriers, unable to correctly understand the contents of the questionnaire; ? Reject participants.
