18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-60 years; BMI 18-25kg/m2 Elective 86 thoracoscopic surgery patients , ASAI-II class.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with central nervous system disorders or psychiatric disorders; Preoperative AIS score =6; History of sedative, analgesic, and antidepressants within 7 days of surgery; with sleep apnea or severe obstructive sleep apnea syndrome; The patient has severe visual or auditory impairment or is unable to communicate; Patients refuse to be included; The anesthesiologist refuses to accept a standardized anesthesia regimen; Epidural puncture fails.
