Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Normal control group:1. Age 50-75, gender unlimited, right-handed; 2. No history of mental or neurological diseases, and no drugs to improve mental or motor disorders; 3. MMSE=27 points; MoCA=25 points for those with 12 years of education or less, =26 points for those with 12 years of education or more; 4. Complete independent living function; 5. Neurological examination showed no special signs of location; 6. Independent walking 10 meters or more, do not have severe hearing or visual impairment. MCI group: 1. Age 50-75, gender unlimited, right-handed; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of "mild cognitive impairment due to Alzheimer's disease" of the National Institute on Aging and Alzheimer's Disease Association (NIA-AA) of the United States National Institutes of Health, have subjective or objective memory decline or the existence of one or more cognitive domains of decline, MMSE score below normal; Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) =0 or 0.5 if dementia rating does not meet the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders Revised IV criteria of the American Psychiatric Association; 3.MoCA scores =24 for those with less than 12 years of education and =25 for those with more than 12 years of education; 4. Total score of Hamilton Depression Scale =10;5. Basic self-care in daily life; 6. Not taking mental improvement medications; 7. Neurological examination showed no signs of special location;8. Independent walking 10 meters or more, do not have severe hearing or visual impairment. Early-stage AD: 1. Age 50-75, gender unlimited, right-handed; 2. Meet NIA-AA's diagnostic criteria for "mild cognitive impairment due to Alzheimer's disease" or "Alzheimer's disease"; There is a subjective or objective decline in memory or a decline in one or more cognitive domains, and a lower than normal score of MMSE; CDR=1 score; 3. Basic self-care or a small amount of assistance in daily life; 4. Not taking smart-improving drugs; 5. Neurological examination showed no special signs of location; 6. Independent walking 10 meters or more, do not have severe hearing or visual impairment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Vascular dementia, mixed dementia, or other types of dementia have been diagnosed; Schizophrenia or other mental and psychological disorders meeting the DSM-IV criteria; History of Parkinson's disease, Huntington's dance disease, stroke, craniocerebral trauma, craniocerebral brain tumors, vestibular neuritis, spinal cord injury, various ataxia and other neurological disorders; With diabetes, severe cardiovascular, respiratory diseases, With severe ankle-knee-hip degeneration, Severe lower limb deformity, trauma, or fracture; 2. Brain MR showed a significant degree of white matter degeneration (more than the average of the same group, 3SD); 3. Alcohol addiction, Or long-term use of sleeping drugs or stimulant, hallucinogenic drugs; 4. Unable to cooperate with the experimental tasks of the project in other conditions (such as significant loss of vision and hearing).
