Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria ? The age ranges from 20 to 60 ? It meets the diagnostic criteria of mild to moderate CTS ? measurement to thumb short abductor muscle movement at the end of the incubation period (distal motor latency, DML) DML > 4.5 ms ? reverse method of measuring the wrist to the index finger sensory conduction velocity (chipmaker sensory nerve conduction velocity, SCV) wrist - the finger SCV < 40.0 ms ? incubation period on record in the middle of ring finger ulnar nerve feel the difference (distal chipmaker latency, DSL) DSL acuity 0.4 ms ? Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent book. The research plan has been approved by the ethics committee of the hospital.
Exclusion criteria
